Please Note:

• Appointment Booking: We only book service appointments with the owner of the home or property requiring service. We can communicate with tenants of a property once service has been scheduled, but the booking, service, and payment agreements will be between Russo Bros. & Co. and the owner of the property. If you rent or lease a property that requires service, please communicate this with your landlord and have them reach out to our team for service.
• Trip Fee:
  • All plumbing jobs are subject to a $69 trip fee for jobs between the hours of 7AM – 3PM. After 3PM, all plumbing jobs are subject to a $99 trip fee.
  • Russo’s HVAC Diagnostic Fee is $179. This fee covers the cost of travel to your location.
  • Some exceptions and waivers may apply. Please call for details.
• Payment Policy: Payment is required at the time of service. Russo Bros. & Co. accepts all major credit cards, debit cards, and checks as forms of payment. Cash is accepted, but not preferred.
