Our water heater broke so I called Russo Brothers and was told someone would be there within the hour (unlike the other unnamed company I called who could only have someone out in a week). Jonathan showed up within 10 minutes and installed a new water heater the same day. Excellent service all round and looking forward to working with Russo Brothers going forward.

We are so grateful for Russo Bro’s expertise and professionalism and patience with our very old house. Even with a tricky job, they were able to fix everything with our tub and pipes and finished everything off beautifully.

Russo Brothers has been our saving grace since we moved into an older home with complicated systems two years ago. We were brand new to the area and were very lucky to find them right away. Super helpful office staff, techs are courteous, on time, and very thorough. They send the same person out each time so we feel like they really know our house and its idiosyncrasies. We use them for everything...heating, cooling, plumbing.

I only use Russo Bros. for my plumbing needs. They confirm appointments, walk through all the work and provide options, and leave the work area clean. Troy was excellent. He actually improved and organized my lines while working on my boiler.

Russo Bros was very efficient. They always call to confirm, and to let me know when they would be there, etc. Nick did an excellent job in every way. He was thorough, and took care of exactly what we needed very efficiently and saved us a lot of time and aggravation. Highly recommend!
