What Our Plan Includes
HVAC SERVICES:
- Perform manufacturers suggested maintenance
- Check and inspect all motors
- Inspect air filter
- Check refrigerant pressures
- Check indoor humidity
- Check thermostat operation
- Carbon monoxide safety check (heating maintenance only)
- Check all gas functions to ensure safe operation
- Clean burners and flame sensors
- Perform combustion analysis for efficiency and safety
- Check and inspect all electricals
- Covers 1 full heating and cooling system (Add $12.95 per additional unit)
- HVAC-only plan, $27.95/month
PLUMBING SERVICES:
- Dye test all toilets to determine if any have a water leak
- Inspect faucets for leaks
- Inspect washing machine hoses
- Inspect exposed water supply lines for deterioration
- Inspect all sink piping to detect corrosion or deterioration
- Inspect outside sill cocks for potentially hazardous leaks
- Inspect and tag all emergency water shut offs
- Inspect drain valve operation (water heater)
- Test main emergency shut off functionality
- Inspect water heater operation (gas, electric)
- Test water pressure in house
- Perform one water heater flush; tank type 40-75 gallon
- Plumbing-only plan, $10.95/month
